Pastime Choices for Minions: YouTube, UFC, MLB, Boxing, Computer Games . . . or Metaphysical Articles?

"Diana Ross, Tame Impala - Turn Up The Sunshine" music video image

I've written previously about messages or meanings being conveyed through individual 'consciousness units' / people as a 'conscious form of channeling' or what one may perceive as one's innate creativity or 'imagination.'  The music video for "Diana Ross, Tame Impala - Turn Up The Sunshine" shown above is an example of spiritual and metaphysical aspects of life introduced in diverse ways among Pop culture expressions.  Every information or entertainment source is potentially providing some manner of insight to the Nature of 'The God Force' if some basic knowledge has been learned and understood — not an alternative at present among corporate media.

The song is part of the publicity campaign for the movie "Minions: The Rise of Gru" — another entertainment pastime choice that conforms with traditional social consciousness orientations for individual personal engagement.  Below are shown some of the news media already reporting about this music video while continuing to ignore all the subjects and topics featured among the 600+ articles available at this blog.  (The article titles are listed in the preceding article.)

Some of the recent articles in the current series of articles that commenced with the May 17 post are about 'Entertainment Trance.'  As I mentioned previously about this subject — The pastimes of movies, TV shows, computer games, novels, sports, etc., effect a life experience that create limitations in comparison to all that this blogger has chronicled as having experienced with noncommercial websites making possible for others an expansion of consciousness and heightened metaphysical understanding.  Widespread advanced spiritual and moral understanding would have a profound impact on a society challenged by ecological adversity and such circumstances as the causes leading to the current pandemic, the necessities so often leading to litigious formalities between people, sociopathic behavioral disorders in individuals choosing criminal pursuits, child abuse and neglect, systematic governmental failures, and all the other visible oppressions.

Another example of insights and meanings as well as ironic correlations and links with narrative aspects of particular entertainment selections is my commentary about the Pop song "We Don't Talk About Bruno" in the February blog article "Reflections about My Unexpected Path of Spiritual Discovery (Journal Post)".

A glance at other mainstream news headlines today confronts me with correlations to some of my comments assessing current social malaises, 'military programming' of people in leadership governmental positions and 'corporate thinking' among other conundrums:

"Secret Service under pressure over erased texts and Jan. 6 actions" (The Hill)

"Virus that can cause severe illness in babies seen in multiple states, CDC cautions" (NBC News)

"Heads of MI5, FBI give joint warning of growing threat from China" (Reuters)

"Is the world falling apart - or does it just feel that way?" (CNN)

"She Will Review: A Sublime Witch Tale Finds Awe in the Supernatural" (Collider)

"10 Times The Twilight Zone Predicted the Future" (Wealth of Geeks)

"'My arm just popped out': Brian Ortega injures shoulder, loses via TKO to Yair Rodriguez at UFC Long Island" (Yahoo Sports)

"Most of U.S. Population Now in Areas With High Covid-19 Levels as BA.5 Subvariant Spreads" (The Wall Street Journal"

"The Unexpected Way We Might Prevent An Asteroid From Hitting Earth" (SlashGear)

Finally, a BBC News headline is something for every journalist to consider: "The dark side of being a content creator."  Here's a reminder
— 600 metaphysical articles available for noncommercial reading at this blog are listed in the preceding article.
